| Friday, November 30th | |
| 4:00 PM | We will open the lodge for visitors and people checking in to their rooms. |
| 5:30 PM | The wedding party will meet in the main room of the lodge at the fireplace to walk over to the church for the rehearsal. |
| 6:30 PM | There will be a catered dinner after the rehearsal in the main room of the lodge. |
| Saturday, December 1st | |
| 7:00 - 9:00 AM | Breakfast will be available at the lodge in the dining room. |
| 8:00 AM | We will begin decorating the reception hall (volunteers welcome!) |
| Noon - 4:00 PM | Preparations for the bride and bridesmaids. |
| 3:50 PM - 4:00 PM | Preparations for the groom and groomsmen. |
| 4:20 PM | The ceremony will begin at the church. The reception will be held immediately following the wedding in the reception hall. |
| Sunday, December 2nd | |
| 7:00 - 9:00 AM | Breakfast will be available at the lodge in the dining room. |
| 11:00 AM | Checkout time at the lodge. |
